The CANI company...

Hiaz... after 2 intense weeks of the SIM competition , we end up being 2nd and didn;t qualify for the finals.. damn sad la..well after all , my team and i learn a hell lot lol.. it has been an eye opener and some experience i wouldn;t forget like the 1st time our team met at SIM to have a briefing, we sat among managers and professionals and NUS, NTU graduates, with 300+ teaM, we started our virtual comapny called CANI, which stands for Chirs,Aveline, Nickalos and Ivan. we passed the qualifying rounds with ease and got in to the semi finals with 36 teams left .Burden with assigments and lots of projects works , we still took time to wake up early in the morning , came to school and make desicions in our company panal board. We also ate into our lecture / tutorial time to do this compeitition ..lolx.. though it was suffering , im glade that i got to know nickolas and aveline more..all thanks to Mr cheong who selected us from 200 over students in SP Biz sch to take part in this compeition ( feel honored) i even when over to his house at tana merah last sat for a brefing, his house was beautiful .. even more expensive then mine ( envious) lolx.. yes yes and we lost in the semin beacuse of one fatal mistake, we set price too high ! $68 per can of drink omg!! who would buy even though our marketing effort was like $450,000 per market.. lolx.. one important Biz lesson to take note * no matter what you do, do not set price too high even though ur marketing is high , beacuse ultimately the consumers are the one to decided. and yes.. we got a -8million defecit! omg.. but eventually we came back strong.. but not strong enought .. so we end up second.. hiaz.. all the effort all my perious time, killed by one stupid mistake in period one .However on A happier note , we will be getting CCA points , a certificate of participation and recognition in the ceremony of achievers.But too me all this recognition is just to encourage us to do even better next time.. and we will beacuse Mr cheong alrdy decided to put us in next year SIM compeition again, and this time we will unleasing our full fury!! Watch out all! aahahah.. yes and i hope , i can enter more compeition in the future like the trading internation , marketing competion aiyo soo many .. I want I WANT! plz god.. place me in these compeitions .. plz.. #_# ...hiaz.. at least now one more major responsiblity is done with ,.. i got some time to actually do some intensive studying, well .. that wouldn;t be the end of those " responsibilities " there are more major things to come like fufilling my class rap duties, meeting my new jamming group , more daiko IC thing and learning you know .. chinese thing .. ahaha .. ok well .. may God bless me .. and you who is reading my blog.. lol
